7-Day Return Window — No Hassle, No Cap

1. Our Commitment to You

At NoCap Care, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. We want every man who uses our products to be fully satisfied with his purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward 7-day return and refund policy.

This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free. Please read it carefully to understand your rights and our process.

2. Return Eligibility — 7-Day Policy

You may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the courier tracking)
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, seals, labels, and accessories are intact and undamaged
  • The product is not listed under the Non-Returnable Items section below
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided

3. Products Eligible for Return

The following NoCap Care products are eligible for return under our 7-day policy:

  • Shampoos (unopened, seal intact)
  • Conditioners (unopened, seal intact)
  • Body Washes (unopened, seal intact)
  • Grooming Kits (all components unused and in original packaging)

For grooming kits, all items within the kit must be returned together. Partial kit returns (i.e., returning only one item from a kit) are not accepted unless a specific product in the kit is defective.

4. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, the following cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Products with broken seals, tampered packaging, or missing labels
  • Products purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or marked as 'Final Sale'
  • Free gifts, bonus products, or complimentary samples
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer
  • Digital products, subscriptions, or gift cards

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product — report it within 48 hours of delivery at support@nocapcare.in with your order ID and photographs/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost, including return shipping.

We take product quality very seriously. If a product fails to meet our quality standards, we will make it right — no questions asked.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us
    Email support@nocapcare.in within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Return Approval
    Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and confirm if your return is approved. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Pack & Ship
    Securely pack the product in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outer packaging. Ship to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • Inspection & Refund
    Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 2–3 business days. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

7. Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Card / UPI / Net Banking: Refunded within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7–10 business days — bank account number and IFSC code required
  • Store Credit / NoCap Care Wallet: Available within 24–48 hours of approval

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment provider's processing timelines, which may take an additional 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.

8. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect products delivered (wrong variant, wrong size, wrong item)
  • Defective or damaged products

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. For such cases, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a fresh order.

9. Order Cancellation Policy

9.1 Cancellations Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at support@nocapcare.in.

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch: Full refund processed within 3–5 business days
  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement

9.2 Cancellations After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the product, please wait for delivery and raise a return request within 7 days.

9.3 NoCap Care Initiated Cancellations

In rare circumstances, NoCap Care may cancel an order due to:

  • Product being out of stock or discontinued
  • Pricing or description errors
  • Payment verification failure
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In all such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

10. Prepaid vs. COD Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: All eligible returns are fully refunded to the original payment method
  • COD Orders: Eligible refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — please provide bank details when raising the return request
  • Partial Orders (e.g., kits where one item is missing): NoCap Care will either dispatch the missing item or offer a proportionate refund

11. Important Notes & Conditions

  • Return requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances
  • NoCap Care reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy
  • Repeated or suspicious return patterns may result in account review or restriction
  • In case of dispute, NoCap Care's decision shall be final and binding
  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply
