5. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). A legally binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order and dispatch the product.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted payment gateways. NoCap Care does not store your full payment card details. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas and union territories: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. NoCap Care is not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from NoCap Care pass to you upon dispatch. We are not responsible for packages once dispatched.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the NoCap Care website — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product names, descriptions, images, videos, graphics, packaging designs, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of NoCap Care and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
